Terms & Conditions

Tutors are expected to commit for at least one month once they have decided to take up the tuition assignment unless otherwise requested by the respective parents or guardians. Tutors won't be paid if they are unable to complete at least one month of tuition unless otherwise requested by the respective parents or guardians, due to medical conditions, or any approved reason by A1 Tuition Agency.

Tutors are to complete the application form truthfully and able to produce the necessary documents for verification upon request by A1 Tuition Agency.

If tutors need to cancel a tuition appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance from the appointment date and time.

Once tutors accept any assignments and yet fail to turn up for the first lesson without 24 hours prior notice, they will be blacklisted by A1 Tuition Agency.

A 50 percent of your expected first month’s salary would be collected as agency fee from your student. If any tuition lessons are being cancelled on first month, we will still collect the agency fee based on the initial number of lessons. (i.e Initial number of lessons = 8, 1 lesson has been cancelled, actual number of lessons = 7. We will collect the agency free based on the initial number of lessons which is 8, thus we will collect the 4 lessons of salary as agency fee.)

Tutors could gain access to resources and materials available in this website to aid in their tutoring. As a continuing service to tutors, we assist tutors to negotiate for or revise a new tuition rate in pace with the market level with parents when the student advance to a higher education level.

A1 Tuition Agency will not be held liable nor responsible for civil proceedings and/or criminal prosecution on any acts of dishonesty, misconduct, and/or misdeeds on part of the tutors that may cause any inconveniences, disturbances, offences and/or any actions on part of the tutors.

A1 Tuition Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
